When Refunds May Apply
Refunds are not automatic and will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered with a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced
- The wrong product was delivered and a suitable replacement is not available
- Delivery was not fulfilled within the agreed timeframe and the customer chooses to cancel

When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products accepted at delivery without reporting issues
- Damage caused after delivery or during customer handling
- Incorrect measurements or space limitations at the customer's location
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Normal wear and tear

Refund Process
- All issues must be reported immediately to the delivery team at the time of delivery.
- Our team will assess the reported issue and determine if a refund is applicable.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

Important Notes
- Riela Kids Furniture reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a refund
- Partial refunds may be issued depending on the nature of the issue
- Where possible, we will first offer a repair, replacement, or store credit before processing a refund
- Refunds for items paid via M-Pesa or bank transfer will be returned to the original account used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed
